Worst customer service at any hotel I have ever been at. We’re not accommodating at all! They are a very money hungry hotel. They do not care about customer service at. No one should ever stay there. If they keep it up I’m sure they will be out of business soon.

Rooms were clean, fridge and microwave in room, smart t.v. mattress was slightly firm for my taste but otherwise comfortable. everything was mostly good though I did order room service and the food was not the best and after I finished the front desk couldnt get someone to pick up the dirty plates so I had to stick them in the fridge for the entirety of my stay. Otherwise satisfied.

This us such a lovely place to stay. Tucked away from the hustle but close enough to the highway to easily go to area attractions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious.

I have been going to this hotel for 20 years. It has changed owners several times over the years but it is still the nicest hotel in the area.

Limited options for the area, so the colonial is really the only game in town. My one complaint is the pillows are horrible, flat and hard.

We saw beautiful photos of the pool, so when we arrived we decided to take a dip. What a mistake! The whole pool area smelt of very strong cholrine. Anyway we went into the "hot tub" and a drop of water touched my eye; afterwards my eyes burned for over an hour. It seemed the amount of chlorine well exceeded the required amount.
